What Is The Beauty Rewards Club? Beauty Rewards Club has been created to give back to our loyal customer base and to say thank you for choosing Killer Beauty. Every time you place an order you will accrue Gems which you can redeem against future purchases and make a saving! The more Gems you collect, the quicker you will progress to the next tier and unlock more Beauty Rewards.

How Do I Join? All you have to do is create a Killer Beauty account or log in to your existing account and you will be automatically enrolled in the Beauty Rewards Club.

How Do I Earn Gems? You will earn Gems every time you shop with Killer Beauty through our website or app. For every £1 spent, you will earn 1 Gem – or 2 Gems if you shop through the app. You can also receive extra Gems by referring a friend and more!

How Do I View My Gems Balance? Head to your Killer Beauty customer account page and click on "My Reward Points". You will be able to view your Gems balance, see what tier you're currently on and how close you are to progressing to the next tier! This section of your account will also give you more details on how you can earn or spend Gems.

How Do I Redeem My Gems? You can redeem your Gems at checkout to make a saving on your order.

How Do I Unlock the Next Tier? The more you spend on our website or app, the more Gems you earn and the quicker you will progress to the next tier and unlock exclusive Beauty Rewards and discounts.

Is There a Limit on How Many Gems I Can Earn? Not at all – you can earn as many Gems as you would like!

Do My Gems and Tier Status Expire? Your Gems will be valid for a whole 12 months so don’t forget to redeem them in time! After 12m, if you have not redeemed your Gems they do expire, and this may affect your current tier.

Can I Combine Gems With Other Discounts or Special Offers? Yes, you can absolutely combine your Gems with other discounts and offers.

What Happens if I Refer a Friend and They Cancel or Return an Order? Any Gems earned through referring a friend will unfortunately be deducted from your balance if this customer returns or cancels their order.

Do I Get My Gems Back if I Return an Order? Yes, we will always refund any Gems used to your account balance if you return an order.
