Have you noticed something different about us? That is because our whole website has had a makeover! Not only are we looking our absolute best, but we’ve also made some tweaks to improve functionality and make your customer experience better than ever.

Rebrand & Stylistic Changes


Over the past few months, we have been introducing some changes to our branding across social media and we even updated our logo. As a brand, we are still relatively young and learning as we go… and we felt it was time for a change!

Our older branding had a simpler and sleeker vibe to align with the clinical and professional aspects of permanent makeup. However, as we gained more experience in the industry and our customer relationships developed, we realised that wanted to inject some more colour, personality, and fun into our branding.

Clinical or professional does not automatically equal plain or boring! We know that the professional beauty industry is vibrant and colourful, and we wanted our branding to reflect this. We are so excited to have now updated our site to align with our brand refresh and show some personality.

Improved Functionality


To improve your user experience, we have made some tweaks to our header and made using our search bar even easier. We’ve also made our category blocks much clearer with full images displayed on each – so you can see exactly what you’re clicking on! These changes allow you to find exactly what you need, exactly when you need it.

One our biggest improvements is the store switcher functionality, allowing our customers to alternate between our UK, French and German websites. This makes the customer experience much quicker and easier for our European customers, especially if they access the UK site initially through a link.

The store switcher will take you to the relevant site in the correct language and currency for you – this is something we hope to expand on as we grow our brand and continue to cater for our European artists!


Even though we have a brand-new, modern look we are continually optimising our site and ensuring that we continue to improve user journey, experience, and site features over the coming months now that our refreshed branding has launched.
