03 from Perma Blend LUXE ink has been created as part of the Ombre Brows Set in collaboration with Perma Blend and Paulina Osinkowska as part of the Perma Blend LUXE EU REACH-compliant range.

It has been designed for seamless blending and easy application to enhance the natural beauty of brows. The ultra-blendable formula can help create natural looking gradients with minimal effort.

There are six shades in the set that have been categorised into light, medium, and dark shades which are numbered 01-06 to simplify colour choice for PMU artists. 03 is ideal for clients with dark blonde or light brown hair. It's recommended to avoid using this shade on clients with naturally light brows and those who are more suited to pigment 01 or 02 in the set as it can result in a cooler or grayish tone after healing.

The pigment is suitable for use on all skin types and has a more delicate formula that is perfect for creating Ombre brows and powder brows. It can be used individually or mixed together in various combinations with other pigments in the set to create custom blends for clients. Perfect for creating a more natural brow appearance after healing.
